手掌宽度怎么测量

手掌长度的测量方法是用软尺沿着食指、中指、无名指、小拇指的指根部关节处绕一圈即可。一般对于男生来说，正常手掌的长度在20厘米左右，而宽度在9厘米左右，而对于女生来说，手掌的长度在18厘米左右，宽度在8厘米左右。不同的人由于遗传等因素，手指、手臂、骨骼等发育的状况会有很大的差别。

1、首先准备好测量工具软尺，如下图所示。

2、然后把需要测量的手掌伸出来，如下图所示。

3、然后用软尺沿着食指、中指、无名指、小拇指的指根部关节处绕一圈，如下图所示。

4、然后就可以得出所需测量的掌围，如下图所示。
